About Jackie
I am an NCPS-accredited and COSRT-registered therapist, specialising in individual, couples and relationship, and psychosexual therapy. With a background in Special Education Studies and a Master’s in Social Work, I have extensive experience supporting people in diverse and challenging circumstances. My approach is warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental, helping clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, disabilities, relationship styles, and cultural backgrounds feel safe to explore sensitive issues around relationships and sexuality.
I am passionate about creating a sex-positive, supportive space where people can build trust, confidence, and deeper connections. My approach is grounded in empathy and understanding, supporting you to explore your relationships, sexuality, and personal growth in a safe environment.

I am able to provide either online or face-to-face sessions at my private, warm therapy practice near Southend-on-Sea, Essex. I have public liability insurance and I am professionally supervised. I am committed to undertaking ongoing training as part of continual professional development in order to continue to grow and maintain my desire to update my skills.
